CASTING FOR UNIVISION WESTERN TV SERIES (TELENOVELA)!
A Western telenovela for Univision is currently casting **357 roles** (ages 4–88, all genders) for filming in the Tucson, Arizona area starting around March 2026. The majority are non-speaking background positions, including housekeepers, ranch employees, cowboys, police officers, firefighters, paramedics, fairgoers, rodeo extras, and various townspeople. A smaller number of principal/featured roles (such as Larry, Jason, Fermín, Mónica, Officer Juan, Captain Smith, and others) require strong acting ability, with some needing Spanish language skills, animal familiarity, or specific character traits. Compensation is up to $350 per half day to full day depending on the role. All positions are non-union, and actors must be local to the Tucson shoot location. Submissions are accepted via a free Google Form, including headshots and full-body photos.
